The Northern Law Awards 2017

The Northern Law Awards 2017 took place this year on Thursday 1st June and as expected, was a grand showcase of the outstanding success and achievements of the legal community in the North East.

The event was once again organised by Newcastle based events agency, Echo Events and took place at The Hilton Hotel, Newcastle. It was a true celebration of the talented teams and individuals who have impacted significantly on the community and other individuals alike over the past year. Alfie Joey, BBC Radio presenter and Britain’s Got Talent competitor hosted the evening, providing an all-round positive atmosphere paired with a comedic edge.

The civilised black tie evening began with a three course dinner and drinks, followed by the announcement of the 17 different legal categories and awards ceremony. The awards are aimed at celebrating the great wealth of legal talent and success within the region. NWG Property Solutions were the main partner of the event and various organisations sponsored individual awards in the event.

Holly Dymoke-Marr, Katie Hawke and Fiona Hill hosted a table at the event comprising of 10 and it was an all-round night filled with positivity, achievement and laughs.
