I set up Two IP to give attorneys complete control of when, where and how much they work. This means that every attorney, irrespective of their age, caring responsibilities or ability/disability can have a fulfilling career *and* real work-life balance. We also operate a fee-share model, which we believe is fairer and means that the rewards attorneys receive are directly related to the work they do and effort they put in to building their practice. These two aspects mean every attorney can enjoy the benefits of being a partner - not just those who more traditional firms might consider to be ‘partnership material’. I believe Two IP gives patent and trade mark attorneys a way of working that is truly equitable and inclusive.
