Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Sacco Mann are working with a leading, award-winning Northeast law firm who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their successful team in Newcastle.

The Role

You will be manging your own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity. Lots of the work is from local clients and you will maintain and develop long-lasting and meaningful relationships with your client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a range of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion.
• Building and maintain meaningful relationships

About You

Ideally you will be client-focused and have a passion to work in Residential Conveyancing. You will have:

• Upwards of 2 years PQE within residential conveyancing sales and purchases (this role will suit Chartered Legal Executive and Licenced Conveyancers)
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing transactions
