Residential Conveyancer

Are you a Residential Conveyancer, looking to step into a new role at a well-established practice based in Wakefield? Our client is a well-regarded firm who have a brilliant reputation in the local market, resulting in lots of referrals and repeat business. This expanding team is looking to bring in an experienced Conveyancer to work on purchase files as part of a very successful team.

Joining the residential conveyancing department, you will be working closely with the team leader on purchase and refinancing files. You will ideally have purchases experience; however, the firm will also consider those with significant sales experience providing that you have a good understanding of the purchases process.

This is a great opportunity to build on your technical experience and you will be supported by a fantastic head of department who is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about this area of law.
