Sacco Mann are working with a successful and award-winning firm who are recruiting for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Newcastle. Our client is a highly successful full service commercial law firm who have an established national presence and are well-known for their high-quality work, and supportive routes to progression.
This role will involve working on a range of landlord, tenant, telecoms and development related issues.
The Role
Joining this highly competent team, you will be working with high profile clients, and working on disputes such as tenant possession, leasehold claims and anti-social behaviour injunctions, site-related disputes, lease termination issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload across a broad spectrum of property disputes, including complex disputes.
- Advising clients on matters from national landlords, investors and housebuilders to telecoms, social housing providers, and government bodies.
- Drafting witness statements and attending hearings when required.
- Working closely with the transactional real estate team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with between 2-5 years PQE and experience of running your own caseload of Property Litigation disputes from start to finish.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset.
- A keenness for team collaboration.
- Excellent client communication and relationship building skills.
