New Build Conveyancer

A prominent team in Manchester are seeking a New Build Conveyancer to join their dynamic Plot Sales team. This role offers an excellent chance to work with housebuilder clients, delivering efficient and high-quality services in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

As a New Build Conveyancer, you will manage the conveyancing process for plot sales from start to finish, including:

• Preparing and issuing contract packs.
• Responding to buyer enquiries promptly and accurately.
• Collaborating directly with clients to meet or extend their timelines.
• Producing client updates and managing completion statements.
• Using a case management system to maintain and manage files efficiently.
• Handling billing, post completion tasks, and requisitions.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in residential conveyancing, new build knowledge is advantageous.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, outlook and case management systems.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a client focused mindset.
