Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor with a passion for the education sector? A top-ranked national law firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing Employment team in Birmingham.

Job Role
Working alongside specialists in the Employment team, you'll advise on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a focus on supporting the education sector across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
* Advising universities, colleges, academies, and schools on a broad range of employment issues
* Managing Employment Tribunal cases
* Providing strategic advice on complex and sensitive HR matters
* Delivering client training and seminars
* Supervising junior team members and contributing to business development

Job Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Employment Law
* Strong technical ability and confident handling of Tribunal litigation
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience advising large employers or clients in regulated sectors is a plus
* Interest in the education sector and enthusiasm for delivering client training
