Are you a Costs Draftsperson looking for a new career opportunity? My client has a reputation for providing first-class service across multiple disciplines. They are looking for a Cost Draftsperson to join their expanding Personal Injury team based in Manchester City Centre.

This opportunity will suit candidates who have previous Claimant Personal Injury experience and experience of drafting bills of costs and negotiating costs in Personal Injury work.

The Costs Draftsperson Role:

• Preparation of costs schedules
• Preparation of bills of costs
• Preparation of replies and points of dispute
• Negotiating costs to settlement

The Costs Draftsman Candidate:

You will have experience of:

• Drafting replies to points of dispute, drafting bills, points of reply
• Collating costs
• Negotiations
• Working to costs budgets
• Points of dispute
• Managing a caseload from start to finish

The successful candidate will benefit from a varied role at a top firm, dealing with the full range of Claimant personal injury costs work.
