Market leading law firm looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their Manchester office.
Our client is a specialist legal practice within sports and media law that is extremely well-regarded in the North-West.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be working across a varied caseload that includes transactional work, M&A, corporate advisory, private equity, re-organisations, player transfer funding/finance/discounting transactions, club ownership related issues, and general company secretarial matters.
The is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a law firm that specialises in a desirable sector, is frequently Legal 500 ranked and offers a competitive salary for the area, a fantastic benefits package and flexible working options.
The successful candidate will ideally have 4-8 years' PQE, can work well as part of a team, has excellent analytical and client care skills and is confident in their own ability.
