About the role
As a Commercial Solicitor, you will be exposed to a high-quality pipeline of work within a close-knit, Legal 500 ranked team to provide expert support to business of all sizes. Your duties within this Commercial Solicitor role may include:
- IT contracts
- Software development
- Licensing
- Data protection
- IRPs
- Intellectual Property
- Franchising
- Joint ventures
- Commercial contracts
- Competition law
About You
The successful candidate will ideally be at the newly qualified up to 2 PQE level, is an excellent team player with strong client care, time management and communications skills.
If you are a newly qualified Solicitor, the successful candidate will have completed at least a 6 month Commercial seat during their training.
