A leading and innovative law firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor into their impressive Altrincham offices.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting NQ opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked, employee-owned law firm whose team is currently experiencing expansion and growth due to an increase in work.
About the role
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be running your own caseload from inception to completion on matters such as:
- Contract disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- Sales of goods and supply of services disputes
- Partnership Disputes
- IP Disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- IT Contract disputes
- Franchise disputes
- Defamation
- Insolvency litigation
- Banking claims
About You
The successful candidate for this position will ideally be between the Newly Qualified and 2 years PQE level within Commercial Litigation, is able to work well as part of a team and is ambitious with their long-term career goals.
If you are at NQ level, you will have ideally completed at least a 6 month Litigation seat of some form.
