Catastrophic Injury NQ

Our client are a national law firm with a strong presence and excellent reputation in the North West defendant personal injury market and they are currently seeking a Catastrophic Injury NQ to join the team. The catastrophic injury team boast many top 100 lawyers and are a legal 500 law firm offering an array of legal services in Liverpool; defendant personal injury work is just one of the legal specialisms this firm excel in. The defendant personal injury team in Liverpool have been expanding due to recent success with both existing and new clients providing good quality and high value personal injury work. Whilst the preference for this role is Liverpool, there are a number of similar defendant personal injury roles in Manchester too (*see below).

The team who covers the North West across both Liverpool and Manchester are looking to employ a number of junior personal injury solicitors to bolster their defendant catastrophic injury offering. The defendant personal injury team are focussing on expanding the EL/PL offering with an emphasis on higher value work. Due to the nature of the injuries dealt with by the senior associates in the team, you will assist on a wide variety of complex RTA and EL/PL cases supported by some of the best legal minds in the field.

The successful Catastrophic Injury NQ will have previous experience assisting on Multi track work. Experience from a claimant or defendant personal injury background will be considered. You will be assisting on the defendant large loss cases in the team.

The ideal Catastrophic Injury NQ will be keen to work with some of the best defendant personal injury solicitors in the county on injuries to include but not limited to, brain injury, spinal chord injury orthopaedic injury fatalities and chronic pain.
