Who am I and what can I do for you?
I advise Solicitors at all stages of their career from Qualification through to Equity Partnership. I help Law Firms grow strategically and have also launched Leeds offices for various firms who have moved into the region. One of the advantages of my longevity in the market is that many of my historical candidates are now clients, meaning not only that I know them well, but that they also know how I work and trust my opinion. This is of huge benefit to both clients and candidates.
What team are you part of, and what is the best thing about your team?
I’m part of the Private Practice team in Leeds and my primary focus is the Leeds market. We have a great team, we work hard but also have fun and I love that we work as a genuine team, genuinely supporting each other and putting clients and candidates first which improves the service we offer.

What else should you know about me?
Where to start without boring you! My route to recruitment was accidental but quickly followed graduation. I'm passionate about both the company and recruitment; I find people interesting. Outside of work, I'm married, have two boys who are now more or less independent ( are kids ever?) so I can indulge my love of Mallorca and travel without the restrictions of term times.

- Hobbies I love socialising, which usually involves some form of drinking or eating but could equally mean supporting the (once) mighty Leeds Rhinos, going to gigs or following Formula One which, when I am lucky / organised, I manage to combine with my love of travelling. I am also lucky to own a large wine fridge and enjoy ‘collecting’ wine as well as visiting vineyards.
